TEAM LEADERS

We are looking for responsible people who are interested in supervising between 5-10 volunteers. This person will be on their feet all day. Your main duties are to ensure your volunteers are where they need to be, managing their breaks, and distributing free food and beverage vouchers to your volunteers. All your volunteers report directly to you, and you report to an assigned coordinator. 

 

ADMISSION

Handling money transactions, and issuing admission tickets. You will also be signing in all VIP's and our performers.

 

TP MERCHANDISE

Organizing all the Tony's Promise merchandise. Handling money transactions. Basic math knowledge is an asset. Communicate with your team leader when supplies are running low. 

 

KIDS ZONE & ACTIVITIES

Monitoring all children in the kids zone, while ensuring safe play. Help organize fun activities. 

 

HOSPITALITY (Cotton Candy)

Food preperation, clean-up, stocking supplies, tending to performers. Work collaboratively with the Hospitality Coordinator to ensure a smooth operation. 

 

EVENT CONTROL (Security)

We require skilled individuals who who like to join the security team. This person should have good attention to detail and able to stand for long periods of time. Your main duties are to ensure the safety of all volunteers, performers and patrons at the event. Monitoring money transactions, admission areas, and ensuring people have proper accrediation when entering restricted areas.
